Increased blood flow to the brain increases alertness, energy and creativity.
Exercise releases serotonin into the body, which decreases depression and anxiety.
Overall improved health- decreased chance of diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure; increased immunity system- decreases absenteeism.
Employees who exercise together show an improvement in teamwork and overall morale.
