FY08 Coming To An End—Time For First Half “08 Reports
As we wrap up another successful year for the HFC Safety Council, there are important tasks that need to be done to keep each member in good standing and eligible for any BWC discounts that may be earned:
1) If your business has external training credits that qualify for HFC Safety Council meeting credit, you must present a certificate of completion before June 30, 2008. You can fax this to (937) 393-9604.
2) 1st Half Reports are due in the office by July 15, 2008 - no exceptions. Remember, completion of these reports is a requirement for your business to qualify for Safety Council discounts and is an evaluation maker for HFC Safety Council as a whole. The reporting form can be found on the website at www.hfcsafetycouncil.com. If you have questions or need assistance completing the report call (937) 393-1111 and ask Katy or Ruth - we’re happy to assist you! |

It is key to the success of HFC Safety Council that we have confirmed reservations for every meeting and event. This not only provides additional records for the 10 meeting attendance mandate for Safety Council discount but also assures that we have enough food for all who attend.
Please respond to the meeting notice with your confirmed reservation (or to let us know you are unable to attend). No shows with confirmed reservations will be billed the $15 meeting cost. |
