HFC Safety Council Sponsor
BWC Education on Demand

The HFC Safety Council and BWC have teamed up to give you information to help protect your bottom line and your workforce through BWC Education on Demand.  This event will take place on Friday, October 23, 2009 at the Fayette Campus of Southern State Community College, 1270 US Route 62 SW in Washington Court House.  Sessions will run continuously from 8:30 am-4:00 pm, with workshops covering the topics of:  ABC’s of the Claims Process; Building a Safety Program on a Budget; Claims Management:  Advanced Strategies; and Workplace Safety Update.

BWC Education on Demand replaces many of the education courses employers previously were required to attend as a part of the Worker’s Compensation program.  Having a local event like this will save you time and travel expenses while improving your workplace safety knowledge.

There is no charge for this program, but reservations are required so we can plan appropriately for the facilities and food.  The event is open to all area employers.  Please watch your e-mail for specific details about this valuable opportunity for your business.   For details, registration, or more information, call the Highland County Chamber of Commerce at (937)393-1111.

PLEASE let us know  if  you are planning to attend an HFC Safety Council meeting so we can have a proper headcount, plenty of food and control expenses.

HFC Safety Council members who qualified for the 2% participation discount for employers will share the $113,323 being distributed at today's meeting. A total of 56 members qualified for this discount—that equals 62% of HFC Safety Council  members. Congratulations, and keep up the great work!
